With the incapacitation of Queen Moire, it was soon obvious that a Regent had to be declared. When it was evident that Martin, Lord Marshal of Rebma was ready to step up, the document that sealed his fate surfaced. The banners are called amongst the sea. Martin, Baron Ice Deep... is now Regent of Rebma, by the Queen's own hand, in her name. There will be an official ceremony. In other news. Lady Tegan Bauquemare has been appointed the New Rebman Ambassador to Amber.
